1. License Grant

A non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license for personal

and commercial use of the digital products.

2. Royalty-Free Use

All sounds, samples, presets, and materials are royalty-free. No attribution is required.

No royalties are owed.

3. Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the original files
• Upload the files to file-sharing platforms (public or private)
• Include the files in competing products such as sample packs, sound libraries, presets, or courses

4. Artist Name & False Association

Use of these products does NOT grant any rights to use the artist name "Changing Faces".

You may NOT:

• Credit "Changing Faces" as an artist, featured artist, collaborator,
• or producer
• Use the name "Changing Faces" in track titles, artist credits, metadata, release information, or marketing materials
• Imply endorsement, collaboration, sponsorship,
• or approval by "Changing Faces"

Unauthorized use constitutes false association and misrepresentation.

5. Educational Content

Video courses and educational materials are licensed for individual use only. You may not copy, record, redistribute, resell, or use the content to create competing educational products.

6. Third-Party Tools

Any third-party tools, plugins, or services shown are for demonstration purposes only and remain subject to their own licenses and terms.

7. Ownership

All digital products, sounds, samples, videos, text, and materials remain the exclusive intellectual property of the licensor.

This agreement grants a license to use, not ownership.

8. Termination

This license terminates immediately upon breach of any term. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete all copies of the licensed materials.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

All products are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.

10. Limitation of Liability

No liability is accepted for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic.
